Privacy Policy

Your privacy is important to us, and maintaining your trust and confidence is one of our highest priorities.

​The privacy of your information is governed by various laws and your client engagement documents.  As detailed in those engagement documents, we retain records relating to professional services we provide, so that we are better able to assist you with your professional needs, and in some cases, to comply with professional guidelines.  In general and unless stated differently in your engagement documents, our policy is to maintain copies of your information for seven years before they are destroyed. However, information may be held for longer periods where extended retention periods are required by law, regulation, or professional standards and to establish, exercise or defend our legal rights.

Pamela S. Ford, CPA (P)LLC has implemented generally accepted standards of technology and operational security designed to protect personal information from loss, misuse, alteration or destruction. Only authorized personnel and the third parties described in your engagement documents are provided access to personal information and these employees and third parties have agreed to maintain the confidentiality of this information.
